No Man’s Sky to be released on Nintendo Switch on October 7th

No Man’s Sky Set to Launch on Nintendo Switch in October
After much anticipation, No Man’s Sky will finally be making its way to the Nintendo Switch on October 7th. Originally set for release in the summer, this marks a slight delay of a few weeks. The sandbox survival game first launched on PC and PlayStation 4 in 2016, followed by Xbox One two years later, making its debut on the Switch highly awaited. Switch players can expect to have access to all the features and upgrades that Hello Games has implemented since the game’s initial rocky launch, putting it in a much better state than before.
Concerns may arise regarding how well No Man’s Sky will perform on the Switch’s older hardware. Hello Games released a video demonstrating the game running smoothly on the console in an attempt to alleviate these worries, but the actual performance on the Switch remains to be seen.
Both physical and digital editions of No Man’s Sky will be available for the Switch on October 7th. Additionally, a physical version for the PS5 will also be released on the same day, while the game is expected to arrive on Mac and iPad later this year.
