Mark Zuckerberg will provide information in the FTC’s lawsuit against Meta

The Federal Trade Commission is summoning Mark Zuckerberg to testify in the case against Meta regarding the acquisition of the VR workout app Supernatural. The FTC has lined up 18 witnesses, including Zuckerberg and Meta’s CTO Andrew Bosworth, to delve into Meta’s VR strategy and support for third-party developers.

Accusations of Meta and Zuckerberg attempting to gain an unfair advantage through the acquisition of Within are being refuted by Meta as based on “ideology and speculation, not evidence.” However, Meta’s Reality Labs VR and AR division is facing financial challenges, casting a shadow over the future of Zuckerberg and his company.
