Upcoming 3D Sonic Platformer Set to Launch on Apple Arcade in December

Apple recently announced the upcoming games for Apple Arcade, including a new, exclusive 3D Sonic platformer called Sonic Dream Team. In this game, players will navigate dreamscapes to stop Doctor Eggman from turning dreams into reality. The game will feature Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and other characters with unique abilities, and will be available on Apple Arcade on December 5.

Another game, Disney Dreamlight Valley Arcade Edition, will also be released on Apple Arcade on December 5. This game combines elements of a life simulation game with an adventure game, featuring Disney and Pixar characters that players can befriend.

Disney Dreamlight Valley has been in early access on other platforms since August last year, with plans to become a free-to-play title with paid expansions. However, developer Gameloft has decided to charge $40 for the base game on consoles and PC, but it will be available for free on Apple Arcade, including the A Rift In Time expansion.

In addition to these titles, six other games are set to be released on Apple Arcade in the coming months, such as Football Manager 2024 Touch, where players can carry over their progress from Football Manager 2023 Touch. Other upcoming games include Delicious – Miracle of Life+, Puzzle & Dragons Story, Turmoil+, and Knotwords+. Indie classic Downwell+ will also join the lineup on November 17.
