FBC: Get ready for some hot new games on June’s PS Plus lineup!

Remedy’s multiplayer spin on Control is making its way to the PlayStation Game Catalog. Sony’s June PS Plus lineup kicks off with the debut of FBC: Firebreak. Alongside this exciting addition, players can also look forward to the latest Battlefield installment and some sticky-ball Katamari fun.
In FBC: Firebreak, you and up to two friends can team up to take down some otherworldly enemies known as the Hiss. As a brave government employee facing off against these monsters, the real fun begins when you start upgrading your weapons with supernatural abilities.
Engadget’s Jessica Conditt had a sneak peek at the game and found it to be a promising and “incredibly fun” shooter that just needs a bit of fine-tuning before its release. According to her, Firebreak has the potential to be a standout co-op shooter that reflects Remedy’s unique style.
FBC: Firebreak will be available in the Game Catalog on June 17, so mark your calendars. To grab a copy, you’ll need a PS Plus Extra or Premium membership.
On the same day, Battlefield 2042 will also be hitting the shelves, providing a great opportunity to revisit the franchise before its next installment drops (expected by April 2026). Additionally, We Love Katamari Reroll + Royal Reverie will be joining the lineup this month, offering players the chance to roll around a delightfully growing blob of randomness.
Remember, titles like Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted 2 and theHunter: Call of the Wild, as well as the classic Deus Ex: The Conspiracy from 2000, will also require a PS Plus Extra or Premium membership. Premium subscribers will have exclusive access to Deus Ex: The Conspiracy. For a full list of the June additions, be sure to check out the PlayStation blog.
