Rollerdrome brings skating and murder to Xbox Game Pass!

Skating video games are always a blast, especially when they mix high-octane action and violence. “Rollerdrome” is a perfect example of this, allowing players to pull off death-defying roller-skating tricks while also taking out enemies with headshots. Originally released for PS4, PS5, and Steam in August of last year, the game has been a huge hit. Developed by Roll7, the same team behind the popular skateboarding sim “OlliOlli World,” “Rollerdrome” offers all the tricks and fast-paced movement you’d expect from a roller-skating game, but with a strong emphasis on action. The game’s challenge mode and online leaderboards keep players coming back for more, while the dystopian vibes give it a unique atmosphere reminiscent of the cult classic film “Rollerball” from the 1970s.

Featuring bright comic-book style visuals, “Rollerdrome” offers a variety of environments to skate through, from abandoned malls to desert canyons. Players can use ramps, gaps, and breakable windows to pull off tricks while also taking down enemies with an arsenal of weapons, including shotguns and grenade launchers.

With “Rollerdrome” joining the lineup, November is shaping up to be a busy month for Game Pass subscribers. Alongside other exciting titles like “Like A Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name,” “Wild Hearts,” “Spirittea,” and “Coral Island,” there’s plenty of gaming goodness to look forward to.
